Question by bdreit76: I want to start a Real Estate Investment Firm.?
I would like to put a team together of a Contractor, Plumber, Electrician, and myself who will mainly be designing with contractor, Managing the properties, and negotiating with offers, as well as being at closings. How would I get the other 3 people, if I do not have friends who do that type of stuff. How could I go about asking if they are interested in pooling the money and splitting the profits on all the houses?

find contractors on craigslist or even the freakkin yellow pages. if you don?t ask, you won?t know.
