The second session of adult art classes begins next week at The Community Arts Project, with ceramics, oil paint, design and photography offerings. Meanwhile, CAP?s summer camps for children and teens continue next week, with space available in the Teen Ceramics Camp beginning Aug. 6.
ADULT ART CLASSES
The second, 4-week summer session of adult classes brings two new class offerings: Beginning Photography, in which students will learn the basics of their digital cameras as well as composition; and Visual Design Basics, in which student will learn basic principles of art through drawing and painting. Registration for those classes as well as classes in oil painting, figure drawing, printmaking, collage and ceramics opens next week. Click here for more information.
SUMMER CAMPS FOR KIDS
Summer camps are underway, but space is still available in many of CAP?s classes for kids and teens. The next camp session begins July 30, with multiple offerings across a wide range of topics, including ?Wizards, Witches and Muggles,? and ?A Pirate?s Life for Me.? Click here to see more offerings.
Also, although the teen ceramics classes have been full for weeks, space is still available in the Aug. 6-10 and Aug. 13-17 classes. Click here to register.
